Sorry this one is not in Seattle. "Richmond Sushi" in Richmond BC Canada. If you go late at night they have an all you can yeat special. It is a reduced menu late at night but there is still plenty of choices. At a great price, like $11.00 last time I went back in November.
The best sushi at the best price, just givie it a try. I make the drive at least quarterly just for the sushi.

Wed, June 27, 2007 - 4:14 PMPrice has increased slightly on June 23rd 2007 it was $13.75 Canadian (less than $12.00 US Dollars). Still the best price around, and the best serive of any style resteraunt I have been to.
